It is a beautiful custom among all streams of Judaism to add the presence of tzaddikim (righteous people) and rabbonim (distinguished rabbis) to our homes. Their presence shall remind us of our personal traditions, our belonging, our strengths or even our weaknesses, that we work to overcome. Their spirit and wisdom helps us shine a bit more light on our own emunah (believe). 

Hidur Design would like to add a new, a bit more modern artistic perspective to this tradition. The works of artist Yehudis Jacobowitz are trying to stress a world of wisdom, emotion, depth and symbolism hiding in these great personalities. The currently five works, titled as the series “The House of Love & Prayer”, are portraits of leading Rabbis from the Ashkenazi, Sephardi and Mizrachi world between Israel and the USA:

• The Rov (Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik)

The works are available as canvas, metal or acrylic prints in different sizes. 

All listed works below are available as limited editions each of 150 pieces with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
